Be Lonely Or Be Unique In Your Aloneness
Death is nature's way of making things continually interesting. Death is the possibility of change. Every individual gets its allotted lifespan, its chance to try something new on the world. But time is called and the molecules which make up leaf and limb, heart and eye are disassembled and redistributed to other tenants. — Peter Steinhart
We took a little ride today and were joyfully blessed by all the sights and sounds of nature. As I walked along looking at the beauty, I knew I needed to be there in that moment to better understand being here as humans. Energy is energy no matter the form it is expressed in. I met some of the most amazing leaves as I walked along. I asked for a life lesson from one of these beautiful ones. The old me would have been quiet as feelings and ancient information came forth, seeing the leaves for only leaves and nothing more. I would have missed the incredible lesson from the majestic leaves. It was a lesson of inclusion. Many times in my life I have felt shunned, left behind as others took adventures and didn’t bother to include me or even ask if I was interested in joining. I spoke to the leaves about this. If the tree is viewed in its entirety and its glory is shown to the world, the individual leaves are all included in what makes up the experience. However, once the leaves begin to fall away, they leave behind some of the leaves and sometimes leave a single leaf behind. It looks pretty lonely on the tree all by itself. While it was once included in making up the whole, now it sits alone wondering why it was left behind. Feelings of abandonment overtook me and a deep sorrow brought forth tears that would not be stopped. I knew this was a life lesson that I came here to clear on many timelines throughout my soul’s experiences.
Dear Angels, I didn’t enjoy this life lesson and the myriad of emotions that it brought forth. I thought of the times in this lifetime when I was left out of experiences that friends had and not even asked if I wanted to be included. The lone leaf sitting on the branch could see all around it what was happening to the others as they moved on to their new adventure of decorating the ground with color. It wondered why it was not a part of what was happening. It couldn’t see its unique beauty that was being shown to the world, just as I could not at the time see mine and how I could shine all by myself.
Dear Ones, it is a part of your human experience to want to be included in what others are doing or at least given the option to join in. Many find the experience of being included in a “tribe” or group of likeminded people so rewarding as to compare it to “coming home.” Your soul recognizes others who have interacted with you during many different lifetimes. Perhaps some of these were adversaries in some situations. This may be an opportunity to heal the energies of that particular life-stream. When you find yourself on the outside looking in, simply go within and take the opportunity to heal the past hurts. Yes, it may be raw and uncomfortable, but it is best to pull the Band-Aid off all at once and look at the wound, exposing it to fresh air. Then you have a choice to let it scab over and heal completely or continue to let it ooze and drain out bitter pus. The healing happens on the inside, not by covering the wound but by accepting the wound for what it is and loving it as a part of yourself. It is not as important that you were excluded from activities and adventures as it is for you to use that experience to learn how it feels and then go forward in life choosing to not be the person who would exclude others. Treat others and yourself as you would like to be treated. Show only love, Dear Ones.
Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.
Today, I promise to never exclude anyone who wishes to participate in my life’s adventures.
