Be Real, Be You
"You should show some respect for what other people see and feel, even though it be the exact opposite of what you see and feel." - Luigi Pirandello
I am committed to be myself and speak my truth at all times and I know that is the only time the right people will show up in my life. Those who are meant for me will love and support and be real with the real me. I am grateful for who I am becoming. I am grateful for who I am. I am committed to be myself and speak my truth. I am standing strong in my purpose in everything that matters to me. Brendon Burchard asks “Did I love? Did I matter?” I ask myself those two questions at the end of every day and take an honest inventory of my life.
Dear Angels, sometimes it is hard to see how we make an impact in the world until we see it reflected in the lives of others. I am so grateful for those who are a part of my life. I want to be the best me possible in honor of God, myself and others. What is the most important aspect we can focus on as we do that inventory?
Dear Ones, as you walk on the earth among fellow humans it is important to walk gently, to treat others with the same respect and dignity that you want to be treated with. When you interact with others, truly see them, listen and observe. In giving someone the gift of your time and attention, you are in essence giving pure love. If you are so self-consumed and focused only on what you want to portray and how you want to be seen, then you are not seeing others at all and they will realize this very quickly. People know when they matter to you. Your actions speak volumes. Sit with someone where they are emotionally. Your love will make all the difference and at the end of the day you can truthfully answer that question with a resounding yes I did love; yes I do matter.
Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.
Today, I promise to speak my truth at all times and listen as others do so as well, showing only love.
