Hold On

There is a saying in Tibetan, ‘Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength.’ No matter what sort of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that’s our real disaster. — Dalai Lama XIV

For us to lose something, we had to have it in the first place, correct? Hope is being able to see the light despite all the darkness according to Desmond Tutu. It’s a spark that can either grow up to be a flame or it can die out. Either way, there is something there inside of us that holds an expectation of what is possible. Many times we look to others to validate us, to hold us up when all we are seeing is that dark tunnel. It is in those moments that we look outside of ourselves instead of going inward. Our true growth comes when we no longer need that validation from others, when we know without a doubt that we are worthy and we let that spark grow to its full potential. When others want to place fear in our experience, we can then choose to accept it or stand in our divine authority and know we don’t have to let anyone hand us their vibration. I choose to be fearless and those who want to go to the worst possible outcome can do so in their own lane.

Dear Angels, there have been many times when others express an energy of worry or fear and hold an expectation that others should follow suit and join them. Does worry and anxiety have a place in our spiritual journey?

Dear Ones, to worry is a waste of emotional energy and a huge distraction from your spiritual path. When you catch yourself caught up in the trap of worry, step back and ask yourself if worrying is of any value. Is it solving any of your life problems? Is it making things easier to deal with for you and for others? What is the purpose of your worry? If you are worrying, you are no longer carrying an energy or essence of hope. Hope keeps you motivated. Worry does not. Hope allows for possibility of a positive outcome. Worry says it is not going to end well and disaster will ensue. Hope drops the reins of the situation and floats along on trust. Worry tells you that there is no hope. Which do you prefer? Think it through before you start projecting your fears and worry on others. See if there is any glimmer of hope in your situation or in that of your loved one. Allow for miracles and for the divine plan to show itself.

Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.

Today, I promise to say no to anything that doesn't serve the highest good for all.
