I Believe I Can Receive

There’s a song by Loretta Lynn that says “everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die.” We want the reward but without the thing that is necessary to receive it. The question is though, do we have to “do” something and what does that look like? We have this thing called energy exchange. We do something and get something in exchange for that; i.e., work a certain amount of hours and receive compensation for doing so. That is our mindset and what we have come to know as the way things work. So how does this fit in with having faith and manifesting the desires of our heart?
Dear Angels, what does it mean for us to have faith and believe that we will have the desires of our heart and what part does action have in this?
Dear Ones, faith is more than a belief – it is a way of life. It is assurance, confidence, knowingness that you deserve good and wonderful things in life. It is different, though, from entitlement mentality which demands to be given something because it is owed to you. The difference is in the attitude. Yes, you deserve and are worthy of receiving good in your life. Through faith and belief, you come to realize your worthiness to receive these things as your divine birthright. You have been told “ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find.” This does not mean that you should demand, which shows an entitlement. It means ask for what is rightfully yours as a divine being, as one living a life of faith in a higher power. The “work” on your part involves persistence and trust that whatever is for your best and highest good will be received. It is in owning your magnificence and worthiness that you will realize your desires of your heart. Never give up, Dear Ones. Don’t quit one minute before your miracle shows up in your life.
