Last Thoughts
“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking.” -Steve Jobs
Have you ever wondered what your last thoughts or words might be if you knew that you were dying? There have been many times in my life that I have thought it was the end for me and I have had several near death experiences. I have had a couple of days of feeling depleted of energy but no specific issue, just tired mostly. I did feel bad enough tonight with some sneezing so I thought I would take my temperature. It was a weird feeling because I don’t get sick. I think the last cold I had was in 2019. Anyway, I had just purchased a digital thermometer to have with me on the trip so I pulled it out and took my temperature. It was 92.4. Hmmm, that’s not normal, right? I waited a minute and took it again and it was the same. I go to Dr. Google to see what it means to have such a low temperature. Words like “life threatening” and hypothermia came up. Okay, I was a little chilly but not shivering cold at the moment. I put on a sweater and laid down. I thought of calling my sister for a second opinion but I knew she would tell me to go to the ER. I thought of Jean upstairs and wondered if I should let her know that I was going to the ER. I took the temperature again and even after being under covers it was the same at 92.4. Okay, it should have improved so now I pause and look at the thermometer. I opened it and took out the batteries and realized they had been placed in the wrong way. I reinserted them and took my temperature and it was perfect. Whew! No ER for me tonight but it did leave me with the thought process of wondering what I would do if indeed I had been in hypothermia and was dying. I wasn’t scared at the thought at all. I have come to a good point where I love my life and am perfectly happy. There is a lot more that I want to do, however. My thoughts went to the people I have surrounded myself with in life and the many blessings I have. I know I won’t live forever but I want to keep going for now to fulfil the mission I am on. I assure you that my temperature is normal and I am fine, only suffering from a few allergies as I am in a place I have never visited before and was outside for a couple of days surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. I am more than ready to begin the third year of the Peace On Earth Tour tomorrow! When it does come to my last moments, I fully believe my thoughts will be on gratitude for the love I feel every day and a life filled with joy.
Dear Angels, how easy it is to slip into a moment of doubt when we think something is not quite right! I know that nothing happens by accident so would like some insight for all of us as to how to trust our intuition more.
Dear Ones, sometimes in life things may look like they are not going well and you start looking outside of yourself to see where the problem is coming from. Staying calm and looking at facts is the first thing to do in these circumstances. Come back to center. Pause and give yourself the time you need to assess your situation. If something is indeed “wrong” then of course look at your options. Many times there is no emergency, such as the situation tonight, just an error in technology. Remain in your high vibration by breathing and returning to a state of balance in your mind and heart. It is times such as these that are full of potential stress where you can allow yourself a teaching/learning moment. Check in with your higher self and calmly listen for what to do. Perhaps it is for you to reflect on what life is all about and in particular the life and purpose for which you are here. Stay strong and true to your faith and the knowledge that you are not alone as you walk your path.
Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.
Today, I promise to be gentle with myself and do more intuitive assessing of my journey.
