Lessons of Life

“I have learned all kinds of things from my many mistakes. The one thing I never learn is to stop making them.”

― Joe Abercrombie

I had a very long drive today as I headed further northwest to my next destination. It was quite interesting to me that as I drove and reflected on my life, I became very emotional. It actually began before I got on the road this morning. I had an overwhelming feeling of deep love for those I interact with on a daily basis that I refer to as the “Peas” as well as others in my life that I care so much for. My life has been so focused on being of service to the world that I realized I may have been negligent to some of the people I hold so dearly. I don’t want to let one moment pass by where I don’t give my love and attention 100% to those I care so deeply about. I drove the first hour reflecting on this and released tears as I thought of the beautiful times I had recently with so many at our gatherings. I missed having the companionship of my soul sister Jean also and felt an emptiness at her not being in the passenger seat. It became a time of deeper understanding about life as the road unfolded before me. I was guided to turn on my video and just record the thoughts and was amazed at what came forth just from contemplating the lessons learned from our interactions with others.

Dear Angels, I understand the Oneness and I get that we are all extensions of it as we live out our lifetimes. I see how each person is a mirror to reflect back to us what we need to learn and to help us clear ourselves of anything that is unlike love. When we resist that thought and stay in the illusion of separation, we are unable to fully heal the places inside of us that are stuck.

Dear Ones, know that there is no real lack and that you are perfectly and wholly complete as you are. In the human experience you will come to realize this more fully when you pause to see the relationships in your life for what they are. Each one is there to help you gain more insight about what is real and what is not. Whenever you encounter anything other than love from others, it is for you to retrieve that part of you that is stuck in the ego thinking as opposed to your spiritual self. While the experiences with others are really happening on the physical level, it goes deeper than that when you examine it. Allow yourself time to step away from situations and hurts so you can see what is needed to heal inside of you. Sometimes all you need are those tears of release so you can cleanse and declutter the illusion. Be gentle with yourself, Dear Ones. Allow yourself to hold the pain and release it with love. Love truly is all that is real.

Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.

Today, I promise to love full out and not focus on anything else.
