MY SMALL VOICE

I have always been a stargazer. I love the night sky and would make up stories from childhood on about what is “up there” in the stars, planets and galaxies. It was a lot easier to see when I was growing up as we did not have the light pollution we have now. It was also easier to feel small. We marvel at the sheer immensity of the universe and realize how little control we have over its intricacies. The universe spins, time flows, and the structure of existence carries on without waiting for our approval. It’s humbling, isn’t it? Yet, in our smallness lies an immense power—a power not to change the cosmos, but to influence the world around us in a profound way. As I reflect on the quote, “Nothing that I can do or say will change the structure of the universe. But maybe, by raising my voice, I can help the greatest of all causes — good will among men and peace on earth,” I am reminded that we are each a spark of the Divine. While the stars do not need our permission to shine, the hearts of humanity depend on our light to find their way. Every positive thought, word and action makes a difference right here where we are.
Dear Angels, it takes courage to raise our voices for peace. The world is noisy, filled with discordant sounds of conflict, greed, and misunderstanding. Speaking of unity in such a world can feel like whispering into the wind. But even whispers, when persistent and full of love, have the power to carry far and wide.
Dear Ones, Peace on Earth and goodwill among men may seem like lofty, unreachable ideals in a world often fraught with division and strife. But raising your voice for goodwill is not about shouting louder than the chaos; it’s about speaking with authenticity and grace. It’s about choosing love over fear, kindness over judgment, and connection over separation. When you do this, you align not just with human hearts but with the sacred rhythm of creation itself. To raise your voice for peace is to become a beacon. Even amidst the darkness, your light guides others. It gives hope to the weary, strength to the struggling, and purpose to the disheartened. As you move through this world, let your actions be imbued with the intent of creating harmony. Let your words bring comfort, your touch bring healing, and your presence bring peace. When you do, you’re not just raising your voice; you’re raising the vibration of the planet. Do not be deterred by the thought of your smallness. Instead, embrace it with the knowledge that even the smallest flame can light a path for others. Together, your flames create a light so bright, it becomes impossible for darkness to persist. In this shared light, goodwill flourishes. In this unified song, peace is possible.
