Most of the time, we are absorbed in thoughts, emotions, and external experiences. We react to situations, follow habitual patterns, and allow the mind to dictate our reality. But when we pause and recognize that we are aware, something shifts. We are no longer lost in the waves of thoughts—we are the observer, the presence behind them. This is the essence of spiritual awakening - realizing that we are not just a thinker but the awareness in which all thoughts arise. There is a moment in our awakening journey when we realize that we are not just experiencing life—we are aware of experiencing it. This awareness of awareness itself is the beginning of profound spiritual transformation. To "become conscious of being conscious" as Tolle says, is to step beyond the mind’s constant chatter and enter the sacred stillness where our true self resides.
Dear Angels, today I was reminded that patience is born of wisdom. As I reflected on this thought, I understood more fully that true wisdom comes from self-awareness. As we observe our experiences, we have a better grasp of what living is all about. It is not just breathing, sleeping and taking care of ourselves. It is being conscious of all that life entails – the human and the spirit beings that we are.
Dear Ones, we invite you to understand that this level of consciousness is your divine nature. It is the light within you, always present but often unnoticed. When you become conscious of being conscious, you step into alignment with your higher self, where peace, clarity, and divine guidance flow effortlessly. How do you cultivate this awareness? It begins with stillness. Take a breath. Feel the moment. Observe your thoughts without attaching to them. Recognize that you are the one witnessing them. Return to your Divine blueprint. With each breath, you awaken to the truth of who you are—an infinite soul, walking the sacred path of remembrance. Awareness is your guiding light, illuminating the places where love desires to bloom and wisdom longs to rise. Patience, Dear One, is not merely the act of waiting; it is the quiet confidence of knowing. It is the grace that flows from the depths of your being when you trust the unfolding of divine timing. As you deepen your awareness, you begin to see life not as a race, but as a sacred dance—one where each step, no matter how small, carries purpose. In your stillness, you gain clarity. In your mindfulness, you find peace. And in your surrender to divine flow, patience blossoms effortlessly, like a flower that knows exactly when to unfold its petals to the sun.
Angels Whisper: True patience is not forced—it is birthed from the wisdom that whispers, "All is well, and all shall be revealed in perfect harmony." Do not rush your journey. Every moment holds a lesson, every challenge refines your soul, and every pause is a divine invitation to trust. Rest in the knowing that wisdom is not hurried; it is gently revealed to the heart that is willing to listen. You are love. You are light. You are the unfolding miracle of divine consciousness.
