PRACTICE WOMB PEACE

It is so easy to point fingers, isn’t it? If we can blame our stress level on someone or something outside of our own consciousness then that lets us off the hook from responsibility. What if there was no contributing factor? What if it is just ourselves we have to deal with? Would the level of stress reduce, or would our brains take us to the place of wishing for those things that we do not have and thus into a stressful state? I think the real issue is not so much what is causing us stress but rather what is bringing us peace in our lives.
Dear Angels, we humans choose at any given moment how we are going to respond to our situation, to other people, and our own thoughts. When we make a conscious choice to be at peace and stubbornly stick to that resolution, nothing can interfere with that decision. How do we maintain our commitment to being peaceful?
Dear Ones, every human on your planet began life in the mother’s womb. We invite you to go to that place in your mind. See yourself contained in safety, in peace, and held securely without anything to stress about. Experience the feeling of floating freely with no attachment to anything outside of your own being. It is your attachment to things and people that takes you to a place where you begin to process emotions such as anxiety, elation, fear, joy, and the whole spectrum of the emotional scale. As you become more invested in these attachments, you lose sight of the fact that you were perfectly content all by yourself in your mother’s womb. You forget how peaceful you were before the world showed you through your experiences the dynamics of interacting with others and being put in different situations. We would say to you, Dear Ones, to regularly take yourself back to the mother’s womb in your mind’s eye. Visit that space where there was only peace and then bring that feeling deeply into your heart center. Commit every day to do this practice and watch as your desire to stay in that peaceful centeredness becomes your reason to breathe.
