STEPPING INTO TRUST
“Do one thing every day that scares you.” -Eleanor Roosevelt
I just spent a weekend with some amazing people who were willing to open up to spirit and dig a bit deeper to uncover what is real inside of each of us. We all have that small voice inside that whispers of comfort, urging us to stay within the bounds of what feels safe. And yet, deep down, there's another voice—a call to rise, to challenge ourselves, to step beyond the known. It’s a path to growth, transformation, and the discovery of who we truly are. Why does doing something scary matter? Because it's in those moments of discomfort where we expand, where we learn. Fear is a natural part of life, but what if it wasn’t meant to stop us? What if it’s actually guiding us to the very thing that will help us evolve?
Dear Angels, as we opened up more and more when we gathered this weekend, it became obvious that the more we fell into our heart center, the more fear was released and trust started to develop, both with ourselves and with others present. What if this could happen all over the world? It would be so different.
Dear Ones, think of the caterpillar before it becomes a butterfly. Before the wings unfurl, it must go through a period of complete transformation, a breaking down of what was, so it can emerge into what is possible. And so it is with each of you. To fly, you must first embrace the cocoon of discomfort, knowing that it is leading you to your wings. When you push yourselves to do something that scares you, such as starting a new project, having a difficult conversation, or simply showing up as your authentic self—you are telling the universe, “I’m ready to grow.” Each act of bravery, no matter how small, strengthens your inner resolve and stretches your capacity to handle life’s uncertainties. The more you step into fear, the less control it has over you. You begin to see fear for what it is—a feeling, not a fact. It is simply an indicator that you are on the edge of something meaningful. We encourage you to consider that courage is not the absence of fear but moving forward despite it, trusting that divine support is always present. Start small because it is the little things that make a difference in life. Call someone and share some love, make a bold statement to someone, compliment another being. Share your heart with someone close. Take that first step toward a dream you’ve been hiding from. As you step into these fears, you’ll find that each one loses its power, and with every step, you’ll grow stronger, more confident, and more aligned with your highest self. Remember that you are never alone in this journey. We are there, walking beside you, whispering encouragement, offering our wings when you need to be lifted. We will guide you toward the very experiences that will help you grow, knowing that each fear you face brings you closer to the truth of who you are: a being of infinite potential, capable of overcoming anything. So today, take a deep breath, listen to your heart, and do one thing that scares you. Let your courage lead the way. Trust that by facing the unknown, you are opening the door to a brighter, more expansive version of yourself. What will you do today to grow?
Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.
Today, I promise to do one thing that takes me our of my comfort zone.
