For years now people have encouraged me to tell my life story. I love sharing stories and have planned to share my story but for some reason it has not happened yet. Stories are the connective tissue of humanity is a line I heard recently and really hit home. It was like a sign from the angels nudging me forward. A wise person said, “Don’t be who you think you should be – be who you are.” That is the story to be told – real, raw and honest. Sharing our stories bridges the gaps between us, showing that no one is truly alone in their experiences. When you express your journey, someone else might recognize a piece of their own life in your words, finding solace or inspiration in knowing they are not alone. Healing: There's a therapeutic power in storytelling. Articulating our experiences can help us process and heal from them. Moreover, your story can become a balm for others, aiding in their healing process by showing them they can overcome similar challenges. Your path, with all its twists and turns, can ignite the spark of possibility in others. By sharing how you've navigated through life's trials, you become a testament to resilience, creativity, and hope. This can motivate others to write their own stories, to take the steps they've been afraid to take.
Dear Angels, someone once told me that if I can tell my story without breaking down emotionally then the healing has begun. For many years I could not talk about certain experiences without becoming a blubbering mess, especially the story about being estranged from my only child. The pain was too deep and each time I spoke of it was like ripping the Band-Aid off a wound that had not healed. How do we discern when and what to share with others? How do we move past the nerves and the tears?
Dear Ones, from our perspective, every story you tell is part of a larger narrative, a cosmic dance of energy and consciousness. By sharing your stories, you are participating in this dance, contributing to the collective soul of humanity. Your story might be the key that unlocks someone else's journey towards self-discovery, healing, or transformation. In sharing, you reflect the divine within, showing others the light that resides in every heart, often hidden by the shadows of life's challenges. What you share could ripple through time, influencing generations. Your story becomes part of your legacy, a gift to those who come after you.
Angels Whisper: Write your story. Speak it, paint it, dance it into existence. In giving others the opportunity to see fragments of themselves, you might just light the way for someone else to find their path, their purpose, or their peace. Remember, every story told is a step towards a more connected, compassionate, and enlightened world.
