THE STORY CONTINUES

A pathway filled with books

“There is no real ending. It’s just the place where you stop the story.” ―Frank Herbert

This is the time of year that we begin to think about endings and new beginnings. Our stories are a constant work in progress. Each twist and turn, every victory and setback, contributes to the unfolding narrative of who we are. But have you ever considered that the story itself doesn’t truly end? What a freeing thought this quote brings! It reminds us that every so-called ending is simply a pause, a moment to reflect, regroup, and perhaps begin anew. We can think of our lives as books filled with countless chapters. Some chapters bring joy so bright it lights up the pages, while others carry challenges that seem to stretch endlessly. And yet, as the pages turn, what once felt like a conclusion often transforms into a prelude for the next act. The end of a relationship might feel like the last page of a book, but it could also be the first step toward rediscovering ourselves. The loss of a job might feel like the finale, yet it may open the door to a passion we never had the courage to pursue. Even the transition of loved ones from the physical plane is not an end but a shift to a new connection—one that transcends time and space.

Dear Angels, there is beauty in the pauses. When we stop and take a breath, we begin to see the threads of our story intertwining with the stories of others. Every shared smile, tear, or word becomes a new paragraph in a collective narrative. In those moments of pause, we can embrace life’s infinite possibilities. It is an opportunity to release the fear of endings and to trust that new beginnings are always within reach. Endings can feel bittersweet or even painful, but what if we reframed them as transitions? What if we saw them not as hard stops but as pauses where we gather strength for the next leap?

Dear Ones, when you begin to see life as a flowing river instead of a road with finite destinations, you allow yourself to surrender to its current. Each bend in the river reveals new scenery, and every ending becomes a continuation of the great unfolding. Right now, wherever you are, know that your story isn’t finished. The pen is still in your hand, and the page ahead is blank with opportunity. What will you write next? How will you honor the lessons of the past chapters and step into the blank space of the future with courage? Remember, you are the storyteller. Trust that you are divinely guided and that every pause is filled with promise. Embrace the pauses, listen to our whispers and nudges, and allow your story to continue its beautiful unfolding. Because in the vast expanse of eternity, there are no real endings—only new beginnings waiting to be written.

The psalmist said, "I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry.He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire;He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in Him."

Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.

Today, I promise to look forward to the rest of my story.
