Thrivin' and Jivin'
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” Maya Angelou
When we make such a wonderful plan as this and send our brain out on assignment to match that vibration, we actually are taking control of our life. We are stepping into our magnificence and setting ourselves up for success in whatever we do. Never lose your sense of humor. It’s the most important asset you can have in life. The angels are always telling me that we humans take things way too seriously. They want us to remember to lighten up and laugh. Laugh especially at ourselves, they say. When we can do that, we set ourselves free from the burden to have to be perfect.
Dear Angels, I have no problem laughing at myself until I start becoming critical of mistakes I make. How can we bring that light energy into us when we feel like a failure?
Dear Ones, always remember that you are doing the best you can at all times. There is no such thing as failure, only lessons to be learned. If you are open to learning your life lessons, that is half the battle. Be gentle with yourself. The first airplane flight only lasted 12 seconds. Just imagine if they decided to give up at that point. Never give up. Celebrate your little wins, like every time you are able to find humor when you make a “mistake.” There are no mistakes, only choices you make when you are not fully tapped into your spirit being that bring you to a different path. Learn to navigate all these paths you find yourself at and you will soon be singing as you find your way back home. You are here to live, Dear Ones, so live, exhale and lighten up.
Dear Angels, thank you. I love you. Namaste y’all.
Today, I promise to laugh more, to play more and to look for the rainbow in the clouds after the rain.
